ACTIVE SURFACES® WIN THE “CSI / CRUISE SHIP INTERIORS AWARDS”

Active Surfaces® won the CSI / Cruise Ship Interiors Awards run by CSI Expo Europe.

On 2nd December, Active Surfaces® eco-active ceramic surfaces won the CSI / Cruise Ship Interiors Awards run by CSI Expo Europe, the cruise ship interiors fair held at the ExCel London.

This year, the CSI Awards moved away from the projects and spaces that it had previously commemorated and instead celebrated the teams and people that had helped steer the industry through the challenging past couple of years. Innovation and collaboration were also in the spotlight at the CSI Awards, recognising the work that companies put in to develop innovative solutions during the pause in work during the pandemic.

In this context, once again the contribution offered by the innovative Active Surfaces® eco-active materials for improving personal well-being in various fields has been confirmed, this time in cruise ship design.

This award comes in addition to the achievements obtained by Active Surfaces®, and is proof of the extensive research and innovation activities characterising Iris Ceramica Group ceramic materials.
