ACTIVE SURFACES® IN IRIS CERAMICA GROUP’S 5TH SUSTAINABILITY REPORT

Active Surfaces® eco-active materials are one of the concrete examples of the Group's commitment to innovation and sustainability.

The result of constant, in-depth research and development, the eco-innovation of Active Surfaces® materials play a key role in Iris Ceramica Group's 5th Sustainability Report.
In the section on the innovation that the Group has always been renowned for, you will find the eco-active Active Surfaces® ceramics, which since 2009 have been combining design, science and creativity to improve the interaction between humans and the environments they live in. In 2022, these ceramic surfaces also obtained “Food Contact” certification, issued by the BELAC Institute, demonstrating their safety and hygiene in food environments.
The result of careful measuring of the company performance, the 5th Iris Ceramica Group Sustainability Report bears witness to its commitments in environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) terms, offering its own concrete contribution to all 17 UN Agenda Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
