DE CASTILLIA 23 RECEIVES THE AWARD OF EXCELLENCE 2022 AT CTBUH

The project, completed with the eco-active Active Surfaces® materials, received the Award of Excellence at the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat.

On 10 November, the De Castillia 23 project won the Award of Excellence 2022, in the “Under 100m” category, at the CTBUH (Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat) held from 9 to 12 November in Chicago.
CTBUH is an event with a packed calendar of meetings, workshops, visits and debate with the community of professionals on the topic of vertical urbanism, which has become a key element of urban building as it offers opportunities and challenges linked to sustainability and climate change. In this context, the Award of Excellence identifies the best projects that are examples of pioneering architecture due to their innovation, sustainability and promotion of personal well-being. The buildings, divided into categories according to height, were assessed overall: from their relationship with the urban fabric to the concept and how this is developed using excellent technological solutions.
The award confirms how De Castillia 23 is a pioneering, sustainable architectural complex, thanks also to the aware choice of Progetto CMR to use the eco-active Active Surfaces® with its superior properties that improve personal well-being while respecting the environment.
